We use a selection of weights and resistance equipment to isolate area's when it is necessary. |

Balance Boards and Fitness balls provide Core Stability training and whole body tone. This allows you to get stronger while at the same time improving balance. |
|
Combining equipment with exercises allows you to adjust an exercise so that you can perform it more comfortably, and in some cases, make gains that you wouldn't normally make. |
|
At times we uses a heavybag ("Mr. Rockafella") and a spring-action bag ("Mr Springfella"). These are great for both light and heavy workouts. Hand-eye coordination is an important component of all training. |

These tools are from old school training for those who like who like to toss heavy iron around. Incredible tools for over 30 exercises. We have folks from 9-60 years toss these. |
